We have been fully associated to the setting of two pulp molding production lines in Douala Cameroon. The two lines are for toilet paper and roll paper manufacturing.
Pulp molding production line consists of three parts, including pulping system, molding system, drying system, among which pulp molding machine include rotary molding machine, reciprocating molding machine and so on.
The equipments that we supply are famous for energy saving, reliable quality, high automatic, simple operation, fewer workers.
The product mainly has toilet roll paper machine, kitchen paper machine, and box interfold facial tissue paper machine, tower paper machine, napkin paper machine and handkerchief paper machine. The matched equipment has jumbo roll slitting machine, square facial tissue machine, packing machine, paper core machine and the non-woven paper machine etc.
Actually we are working on a egg tray production line. Egg tray machine and egg tray pulp molding machinery are for manufacturing egg tray, egg carton, apple tray and other molded pulp trays packaging. The same molding machine can produce various products by changing molds, and it can be easily to operate by the worker.
A complete egg tray machine line consists of Stock Preparation System Section, Egg Tray Molding Section, and Continuous Egg Tray Drying Oven and Conveyor System, Egg Tray Process Instrumentation, Instrument and Control Panels, Jobsite Installation Materials, Egg Tray Machine Auxiliary Equipment, etc.
